Return and Exchanges policy
We gladly accept items that are returned within 30 days. All products must be unopened/new condition in order for credit to be issued. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and a 30% restocking fee on direct shipped orders from the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost. All return items must be authorized by Top Cabinet Hardware and must have an RGA number ( Return Goods Authorization ) attached. Please contact us and we will gladly send you the RGA form by e-mail or fax. No custom or special orders are returnable. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of credit. Once approved credit will be applied directly back to your credit card.
Damages and Shortages:
Please note that shipping damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier and is not a reason to return a product. We will assist you in settling your claim with the carrier. All claims for shortage or damage must be reported to us within 48 hours. It is advised that any visual damages should be noted with the carrier upon accepting the delivery. Please retain all original packaging if submitting a request for replacement. Top Cabinet Hardware is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged while in transit to our company.
Damaged Laminate Deliveries:
Our goal is to have your laminate delivered to you damage free. We do this by rolling and shipping our laminate in heavy duty boxes intended specifically for this purpose.
Please do not discard damaged laminate, packaging or box.
Please if possible take digital photos of the material and box if visibly damaged as well.
Claims for damage will be filed by us on the customers behalf.
We will do our best to have a replacement sheet sent to you within 48 hours.
